Jancis Robinson’s 2012 article “China’s most promising wine province?” lists Xi Xia King with Changyu, COFCO Great Wall and Dynasty among the producers in the Ningxia picture she was describing, next to the newer projects of Chandon and Pernod Ricard.
The article does not describe a cuvée, a vineyard or a visit. No current producer website was confirmed for this directory. Dynasty, named in the same sentence, is not given an entry: the article does not assign it a region, and a Tianjin headquarters would be a guess from outside these sources.
