Kanaan’s own English page places the winery on the east side of the Helan Mountains and says Wang Fang established it in 2011, after years in Germany. The site uses her nickname, Crazy Fang. The telephone printed there is +86 183 9500 1777.
James Suckling’s Ningxia report discusses Kanaan alongside Helan Qingxue and the Lingering Clouds project, and specifies Cabernet blends and Riesling. In “Chinese wine – catching up fast”, Jancis Robinson says she rated Kanaan, and Wang Fang, best overall. The faults she names in that tasting, across the wines as a group, were crude oak and sweetened reds.
The estate site does not publish tasting-room hours or a booking form. Background notes say visits are by appointment; that was not confirmed here. Ask the winery directly.
