The estate’s own account is a partnership between Changyu and Lenz M. Moser, who writes that he has made the wine at the château with the Chinese winemaker Jiang Wenguang. The aim they state is an Ningxia style, not a copy of a European model.

Wikipedia records the estate as opening in August 2013 near Yinchuan, and describes a visitor centre with a museum of Changyu’s history. A Ningxia culture-and-tourism page calls it a national 4A scenic spot and mentions vineyard tours and a grape-picking park, with vineyards at places including Qingtongxia and Huangyangtan. Hours and ticket prices are not reprinted here, because those pages do not give a current tariff.

Treat this as a published visit, and check the château or a current tourism listing before travelling. It is a different place from the Changyu museum in Yantai.
